How do I change my PC's theme?

My PC has windows 7, but somehow the task-bar and all the buttons have been changed to windows classic, I went to the personalization section in the toolbar but all it changed was the background, how do I change the theme back to windows 7How do I change my PC's theme?
Method 1:

?Click the Start button %26gt; Control Panel %26gt; Appearance and Personalization %26gt; Personalization %26gt; Theme

Under Theme, select the theme you want, and then click OK.



Method 2:

?Right-Click anywhere on an empty desktop space

?Select Personalize from the menu

Right-click somewhere on desktop and go to personalize. Select the Window 7 theme.
