How can I change the Theme in my Windows Vista to a hacked theme?

I have downloaded some cool theme for my Vista like the Maxclear v3, and then following the Youtube video i copied the two files to the Theme folder. But the problem is not there, after i went to personalize and went to theme and chose Maxcleat v3, the background changed, but the skin didn't. the skin was like the classic with a gray bold border. I would like if someone can tell me how to prevent that problem.

You can use Tune Up utilities to change your theme. It is a 30 day trial though. Go to http://www.tune-up.com/download/
