i just jailbroke my ipod touch using spirit and i have cydia but i can figure out how to change the themes. do i need a certain app to be able to run these other apps?

Install winterboard and use that to install themes downloaded from cydia. If you need help making a theme feel free to email me at amaxamillian@gmail.com or I can make you one
