How do you change the style set to traditional in Word 2007?

I have to mod a document and one of the steps was to ';Change the style set to Traditional. Change the theme fonts to the Paper font set.'; I know how to find these, but when i change the style set to traditional, it doesn't seem to do anything. any ideas why?How do you change the style set to traditional in Word 2007?
In the home tab on the right side of the page you'll see 2 capital A's, hit that icon.
