I got a refurbished tablet with a Windows XP operating system, and I was wondering how I could make it look more updated with like cooler pictures and design ...without spending money. Is there like any free themed whatever to make my computer not seem so outdated?Change theme on old laptop?
To change the back ground download or use one of your own picture just go to start screen click any blank space, click properties, click desk top tab, scroll list or click browse and use a picture you saved in my pictures.
You can also do this by right clicking a picture and choose use as back ground.
