Ok I want to change the START bar and the border of any window to be something besides blue silver or green. Im looking for a black or at least something darker. Any one know if this is possible?

RIGHT CLICK on your desktop screen, go to PROPERTIES then the various sub-menus you require. Change the options to your desired effect, then click OK or APPLY as the case may be. CLOSE the properties window. Any changes can be undone by going through the process again.
