Any one tell me how can I change my themes in xp?

I download some programs that can modify my theme. So far I downloaded some stardock programs and style xp. These programs are not free. Any one knows any free programs that can modify theme. I know how to use the .theme files but how can I use these windows visual style fileAny one tell me how can I change my themes in xp?

2. Run the Setup File

you need to patch your uxtheme.dll file

then you can use those visual style files aka .mssstyle files
