Have bought a website domain and blog web hosting from lcn. Wordpress isnt installed on pc so how change theme?

Sorry i didnt have enough space. Basically i have bought a website domain name and blog web hosting from a site called lcn (www.lcn.com). With this i get wordpress installed on my website however not on my computer. How do i change themes on my website without it installed on my computer because you need to download the themes and put them in a file?Have bought a website domain and blog web hosting from lcn. i have never used wordpress but i assume its similar to what i use. you need to upload the theme to your website then change it from the admin menu.
