How do I change the themes on excel?

Im doing an assignment on Microsoft Excel 2003 version. And I need to know how to change the ';Theme'; to concourse. I have no idea how to do this.



And if you happened to have a website or something that had like a help guide or something for excel 2003 then that would be awesome. Cause alot of this stuff confuses me.How do I change the themes on excel?
There are no Themes in Excel 2003. This is a new feature in Excel 2007.
