Installing and using vista themes?

i just watched a video telling me how to install and change to the theme



i downloaded it unzipped moved all the files to c:windows\resources\themes



then it told me to go to control panel and select change theme which i did and then in the bar my theme is not there and wont let me open it any other way .... is there some 1 out there who can help pleaseInstalling and using vista themes?
I found this on a website offering Vista themes... hope it helps.

To use custom visual styles you need to patch your system, via VistaGlazz, TuneUp Utilities.



Next unpack “Shine” folder in “Style” to ‘C:\Windows\Resources\Themes’ (where C is the partition with Windows installed)



Now you can change the visual style by clicking any .msstyle file, or via ‘Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Personalization\Window Color and Appearance’
