How to put psp slim themes (I really need help!!!)?

I have a psp slim with custom firmware 3.90 M33-3. How can I put a themes in it? I just want to put the psp ptf and ctf themes and NOT the xmb theme. Where can I download the themes? I also heard that a psp with custom firmware in it has to put the cxmb plug in to change the themes. Is it truth?How to put psp slim themes (I really need help!!!)?

Yes you do need a cxmb plugin for ctf themes. You can get themes at http://www.consolespot.net/psp-themes/ .
Use Jess links for the themes.
