How do you put animated mood themes on your LiveJournal profile?

I'm kind of new with livejournal, and I wanted to know how to change mood themes... coz I see in a lot of other LiveJournal's ther's like, animated mood themes, like Gossip Girl, Glee, etc.

So how do u do it??How do you put animated mood themes on your LiveJournal profile?
create a .gif animation for your background or download one

then add this to your code(add the url of the background you plan to use ...where it says url)
