Changing desktop backround in XP?

Hey guys,

Im in no way new to a computer and know how to change the backround but for some reason I am unable to change my desktop backround. If I go with the typical right click%26gt; properties%26gt; desktop and try to select a desktop it does not work. If I just try to right click on a picture on line it will not allow me to set it as the backround (this counts for any picture, even ones that I own copyright to.) Ive tried changing themes. Anyone got any ideas? ThanksChanging desktop backround in XP?
Follow these steps. maybe this will help:

1. Right-Click on the desktop and select ';Properties';.

2. Select the ';Desktop'; tab.

3. Select the ';None'; background.

4. You should see a color box on the bottom-right corner.

5. Click on the arrow and select a color.

6. Click apply.

7. Restart your computer and then change your desktop background to Bliss. If you were able to change the desktop background to Bliss, then the problem is fixed. Now you can change the background to the image you want.Changing desktop backround in XP?
Maybe updating the video card drivers would help?
first, save ur background to your computer. then set as background. you cannot access all pictures from the internet. save pic then set as background. just right click on saved pic and click on set as background.
