How do I download windows xp themes?

I want to change the theme on my computer and I already found the one I want. It can be found here http://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=5934%26amp;libid=1%26amp;p=2

Now I try downloading it and it just took seconds and it made me save it to disk... can anyone give me a step by step walkthrough on how to download and use it?How do I download windows xp themes?
Sure, just rightclick in an empty space on your desktop, then select Properties. The Display Properties dialog box will pop up. Then select the Themes tab and click the blue dropdown arrow under Theme.

A list of themes will come up. Near the bottom of the list, you'll see the option to Browse, select that. This allows you to browse your computer files to select the theme you downloaded. Click on the file of the theme you downloaded and click Open. Then, you'll be returned to the Themes tab and you'll see the name of your new theme there, click Apply, click OK.How do I download windows xp themes?
For that theme you need to have WindowBlinds installed.

You can also read an article I wrote on how to change your desktop themes.
