I downloaded themes for my vista. but it doesnt have theme file.?

i tried to change my theme but its looking for a theme file. what should i do? how will i change my window vista themes?I downloaded themes for my vista. but it doesnt have theme file.?

Second you need to save the .msstyles file inside a folder with same name (minus the extension) inside C:/Windows/Resources/ThemesI downloaded themes for my vista. but it doesnt have theme file.?
When it prompts you to browse for the theme, just browse to the folder where you downloaded your new theme to.
