Where are my iphone themes going?!?

i have a jailbroken iphone and games but whenever i download a theme for somthing like sumerboard and customize or a g.a.r.f theme they are never in the setting or in the theme change it says they would just appear there automitickly but there not there do i need to some how direct them into there appWhere are my iphone themes going?!?
You must have the dev-team version of the 1.1.3 jailbreak. Your themes are going into the var/root subdirectories instead of var/mobile subdirectories. You should contact the maintainers of the repository. They need to update the Installer XML using a tilde (~) instead of specifying the exact directory location. It's a very easy fix for them and I'm surprised they haven't done it.Where are my iphone themes going?!?
