The closest thing to a Mac is the Vista Aero theme. However, if you don't have at least 1GB RAM it won't run on your computer. Also you have to have a Video Card that can support Vista. If you right click on Computer and select Properties you'll find all of the info you need. Look under the System settings - your RAM will be there - it has to be at least 1014 MB. Now, click on the blue Windows Experience Index (also under System). Your Graphics card needs to be a minimum of 3.0 for Aero to run.
If all is well then right click on your desktop and select Personalize. Go to Theme and select Windows Vista. Go to Desktop Background and select Windows Wallpapers and scrolldown and select one of the Light Auras backgrounds.
