How to Change Windows 2000 theme into XP Theme?

Hai,Iam using Windows 2000 Pro Operating System.Now I want XP Theme at my PC..

Any one pls help me how to Change the theme????

i personally dont think that is possible because windows xp and vista are using different kind of software to display the nice looking visual theme and if i recal correctly win 2000 and older dont have that part of software but there are always other ways to do it but i think you can better ask people on www.winmatrix.com (a visual modding site mostly for windows) because they know more about it then me i wish you good luck with your Quest
