How do you change the theme?

I have windows XP. I don't know which theme to use. How do you know which one is right?How do you change the theme?
Default theme is always there when you install your OS .

Right click on the desktop, go to properties, should take you right to it. If not it will be in Appearances and themes in your control panel. Just pick the one you like best. Hope this helps.
