My bottom toolbar & start menu looks like windows 98 and my everything else is normal blue xp. how do i fix it

my bottom toolbar %26amp; start menu looks like windows 98 and my everything else is normal blue xp. how do i fix it. i was messing with uxtheme.dll to patch it for changing themes and it worked but for some reason one day when i restarted the toolbar looks like windows 98... i tried an uxtheme patcher and it said somethign about me not having some windows installerMy bottom toolbar %26amp; start menu looks like windows 98 and my everything else is normal blue xp. how do i fix it

control panel...Taskbar %26amp; startmenu...and open it...after,,start menu %26amp; Change it to start menu... Thats it...
