How to change themes in windows vista? and where to download them?

I want to change the theme in laptop I know that if I go to personalize and then themes I can go to browse and add what I want the problem is I can't find any themes to download online. I found this them I like http://www.withinwindows.com/ but when I download it I just can't find it in browse. Does anyone know how to fix this or any other way I can change my theme? thanxHow to change themes in windows vista? and where to download them?

I use windows xp so this may not be right. I assume it is similiar. Search windows vista themes on your favorite search engine and you will most likely find all sorts of good themes. after downloading the theme of your choice, Go into system preferences and find the correct tab like appearence or whatever it is in windows vista. once you find the correct tab open up your theme. enjoy
change themes from display settings..........and download themes from www.microsoft.com
