Republicons count on Americans being too stupid to see through their lies, or too unpatriot to care. Republicans call their base ';stupid and whiny';. They call them ';sheep';. They implement policies that drive their base out of jobs and into foreclosure. And yet their base keeps voting for them, year after year, after year.



Makes you wonder if the Republicans are right when they say that Americans are ';stupid and lazy';.How the the catch phrase ';Original maverick'; transform dinosaur McCain into real change maker?
Obamas chnge is warmed over socialism. No thanks.
Don't you understand... it's more nuance than that. He didn't steal the 'change'. He's condescending to Obama's change, just like Country First alluded to Obama being an egotistical person who always puts himself over the country, basks in cheers from Germans, makes his own presidential seal.
McCain is far from a maverick... maybe he once was but since his campaign was in serious trouble a year ago he made a decision: He allowed himself to be castrated by his party by reversing on virtually everything that he once stood for (taxes for the rich, off-shore drilling, campaign reform, social security, even torture). He is not a maverick, he wears a harness and bit and a saddle fit for Bush to ride on.
It never did. he just calls himself a maverick because he dared run against Bush, and had some very minor differences with him. But now he's just John McSAME.
